As ARORA MOTOR as Data Controller; Personal data of “Name-Surname”, “Phone Number”, “Professional Title Information” and “voice recording” shared by callers of our institution;

c-) It operates on a limited basis within the scope of the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and other relevant laws for the purposes of using it as evidence in disputes that may arise.
These personal data are not shared with third parties except for judicial authorities in case of legal obligation.
These personal data are processed automatically by telephone, based on the legal reason "it is necessary for the legitimate interest of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject", which is stated in Article 5 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.

You can send it to our institution via registered mail or notary public, in writing and with a wet signature.
Your applications submitted to us will be answered in writing or electronically within thirty days from the date of receipt of your request, in accordance with the second paragraph of Article 13 of the PDPL, depending on the nature of the request.
