Information Text About the Security Cameras in UNVERDI IC DIS TIC.SAN.PAZ.LTD.STI.

This clarification text has been prepared by UNVERDI IC DIS TIC.SAN.PAZ.LTD.STI. as data controller within the scope of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No 6698.

In order to ensure the security of the building, video and audio recordings are made by 15 security cameras total located in the entrance doors, building exterior, cafeteria, visitor waiting hall, parking lot, security booth and floor corridors in our service building and the recordings are stored 7 days and controlled by the data processing unit.

The personal data mentioned is processed automatically, based on the legal grounds "it is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations" in Article 5 of the Law and "the data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject"

The personal data declared hereby may be transferred to the judicial authorities or the relevant law enforcement authorities, upon request, in order to resolve legal disputes or in accordance with the relevant legislation.
